My Vanguard consists of Z23 retrofit, Prinz Eugen, and amazingly, Admiral Hipper. Hipper outclassed Eugen in her main stats, and Z23 provides “the wall of skill” (AKA torpedo walls galore). Akagi and Kaga get buffs when used with eachother, and their airstrikes are deadly. Lastly, Tirpitz gets a buff being your only BB, and her salvos are TERRIFYING in both PvE and PvP.
