The most common way to use your Honor EXP and Miracle Circulators is that players use Honor EXP to tier up their inner ability to legendary and then use Miracle Circulators to reset their inner ability.
The reason they do it like this is that Miracle Circulators have a higher chance of giving better lines and will give the maximum value of the attribute you roll.
You can get Honor EXP in Maplestory by collecting Medals of Honor, which are dropped by bosses, but you can also earn Honor EXP by leveling up and completing some quests.
