Where to Find the Drowned Mob in Minecraft

First, the drowned can spawn in all ocean biomes, including the normal ocean, deep ocean, deep frozen ocean, cold ocean, deep cold ocean, lukewarm ocean, deep lukewarm ocean, and warm ocean. The oceans must have some depth for the drowned to spawn.
Drowned requires either 2 blocks of tall flowing water or full water blocks to spawn. When it comes to the ocean biomes, the drowned can also spawn 6 blocks below sea level.
