Where is Suraya Hawthorne in Destiny 2?
If you are new to Destiny or haven’t played the game in a while, you will want to know where you can find Suraya Hawthorne.
Originally posted up on the Farm, Suraya Hawthorne has now moved to the Tower with the removal of the Red War campaign.
You can find her near the Bazaar overlooking the city below. Her icon on the map will be right between The Drifter and Ikora Rey.
You will have an easier time reaching her if you load into the Annex at the bottom left of the Tower and walk up the stairs past The Drifter.
You will know you’ve found Hawthorne once you spot her with her pet falcon named Louis.
What Does Suraya Hawthorne Do?
Suraya Hawthorne is the Clan Steward of Destiny 2.
You will want to visit her every week before heading off and playing with your Clan, as she has some valuable items you will want to grab.
Bounties
Suraya Hawthorne has four weekly Clan bounties that you can pick up, one for Gambit matches, one for Raids, one for Crucible matches, and one for Nightfall Strikes.
Complete these activities with your Clan members to gain Clan experience and level up your Clan.
The higher the Clan level you become, the better rewards you get from activities. More on this in our Destiny 2 Clan Guide.
You won’t have access to all of the bounties right away. You will need to first increase your Clan level before unlocking them all.
Raid Banners
Hawthorne is one of the few vendors in Destiny 2 that sells Raid Banners.
Raid Banners are used in Raids and Dungeons to replenish the Special ammo, Heavy ammo, and ability cooldowns of you and your Fireteam before each encounter.
Hawthorne sells Raid banners for 3 Legendary Shards or 5,000 Glimmer each. It is a good idea to stock up on Banners before heading out every week.
Weekly Raid Quest
One of the few consistent ways to get red-border weapons in Destiny 2 is through Hawthorne.
Every week, she will grant you the O Deepsight Mine quest, requiring you to beat every encounter of the Last Wish Raid.
Doing so will grant you the choice of one Last Wish-specific weapon that is guaranteed to drop with Deepsight Resonance, allowing you to extract its weapon pattern.
There are some great weapons you can craft from the Last Wish Raid. You will definitely want to pick up this quest every week before heading in.
Now you know where to find Suraya Hawthorne!
