Anime Adventures units tier list

You can only bring a limited number of units on your team when you challenge a level in Anime Adventures.

Furthermore, you want to prioritize using resources and training the units that are the strongest.

But with so many units in the game, which ones should you use and prioritize? This tier list gives you a complete overview of what units are the best in Anime Adventures by ranking each unit in the game based on how powerful and useful they are.

The current tier list is based on the rankings of Anime Adventures YouTubers Blam Spot & ToadBoiGaming, as well as input from the community.

Units and their evolutions are only ranked separately if their evolution is a higher rarity than the original unit, like Chunks (Legendary) and Chunks Evolved (Mythic). Units are not ranked in a specific order within a tier.

All units are ranked from S+ to D, with S+ being the best and D the worst.

You need to be smart with your selection of units and choose both strong units but also a good combination of units to ensure the highest odds of beating a level.

At the beginning of the game, you can only add 4 units to your team. When you reach level 20, you can add 5 to your team, and when you reach level 50 you can add 6.

To equip units to your team, click the Units button on the left side of the screen, click the unit you wish to add to your team, and click Equip.

Likewise, you can remove a unit from your team by clicking it in your units collection and clicking Unequip.

Unit types and rarities

Units in Anime Adventures belong to different types and rarities.

The five types of units are:

• Ground
• Hill
• Hybrid
• Farm
• Summoner

The type of a unit refers to where they can be placed in levels or their purpose.

Ground units usually have a smaller range of attack but more AoE, while Hill units usually have a very large range of attack but not much AoE. Hybrid units can be placed in both locations.

Farm units, also known as money units, are those whose purpose is to generate more money during rounds. Summoners summon friendly units that attack enemies on the path.

A unit can be both Ground and Farm type, for example.

All units are also one of 5 rarities:

• Rare
• Epic
• Legendary
• Mythic
• Secret

The rarity of a unit describes how difficult it is to obtain, with Rare being the easiest and Secret the hardest.

Secret units do not appear in the pool of units you can get from summoning, but they can be pulled. Just at very low rates.

How to get units in Anime Adventures

The primary way to get units in Anime Adventures is by summoning them at the summoning NPC.

A regular summon costs 50 gems and gives you a random unit from the currently available pool of units.

The pool of units refreshes every hour.

You can see what units can currently be summoned in the summoning window as well as the odds of summoning each one.

There is a pity system in place, which means that after a certain number of summons without getting a Legendary or Mythic, you’re guaranteed to get one.

You can see what rarity you’re currently building pity for at the top of the summoning window.

When they’re released, you’ll probably also be able to acquire some units from raids and other game modes.
