With the ability to capture and execute every last lord of any faction in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord, it isn’t surprising that this question would come up.
There are no limits when it comes to killing every single human being in Calradia, as you are only limited by the time you want to invest.

What happens when every lord in Bannerlord is dead
If you manage to capture and execute or kill in battle every lord of a faction you are at war with in Bannerlord, the kingdom will instantly be assimilated by one of its neighbors.
It does not matter if you are the one that personally killed each living lord and lady in that faction. It will randomly be assimilated by one of its neighboring kingdoms.
Of course, you could be the kingdom that gets their fiefs, as long as you have any lands right next to them.
So, if you manage to kill every lord of every faction in Bannerlord, the game will either crash or you will conquer everything on the map.
If you don’t have a faction or a kingdom of your own, the moment when everyone dies will result in your game crashing, as Bannerlord doesn’t know who to give the territory to.
If you are, for some reason trying to bring the death of everyone on the map, then make sure you have a faction of your own first, even if it’s not a kingdom yet. This will allow you to conquer everything and not result in an instant crash.
Recruitable NPCs will still appear in taverns, and the babies that you didn’t manage to kill don’t count. They will count only when they get older, but they will be independent captains.
What happens when you conquer everything in Bannerlord
The moment you manage to conquer everything on the map in Bannerlord… nothing happens.
There are no end credits, no cutscene to allow you to celebrate uniting Calradia, nothing. The game continues as if nothing is different, and you can just roam around and continue doing what you were doing.
People won’t address you as the new emperor of Calradia, even though you are, and nobody will mention the fact that you have united the broken lands.
This is usually the point when you start a new playthrough and experiment with all the different cultures and starting locations you want to try out.
That’s everything you need to know about what happens if you execute all lords on the map and conquer everything in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord!
